Frequenctly Asked Question

Our training programs are designed to provide comprehensive, practical education in borewell drilling, groundwater assessment, pump installation, water quality testing, and sustainable water management. The goal is to equip participants with real-world skills required in the field.

Students who complete their studies in Earth sciences go on to build successful careers as professionals across a diverse range of disciplines, including geology, meteorology, environmental science,  and geophysics. Their academic training equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute meaningfully to research, industry, education, and environmental management.

No prior experience is required for our basic courses. We start from foundational concepts and gradually progress to advanced techniques. For specialized or advanced modules, basic technical knowledge may be helpful.

Our training covers:

  • Borewell drilling techniques

  • Site and geological evaluation

  • Pump selection and installation

  • Water quality testing and interpretation

  • Water treatment systems (RO, UV, softeners)

Both. We believe in hands-on learning. Our training blends classroom sessions with real-time field exposure, demonstrations, and guided practical assignments wherever possible.

Yes, we offer a certificate of completion at the end of the training program, which validates your participation and knowledge. For longer courses, certification may be aligned with national skill development standards

The duration varies by course. Short-term workshops may last 1–3 days, while comprehensive training programs typically span 1–4 weeks. Custom schedules can be arranged for institutional or group training.

Trained individuals can pursue roles as borewell supervisors, pump installation technicians, water testing assistants, site evaluators, or independent consultants. Our training is also ideal for entrepreneurs, contractors, and NGO workers involved in water access projects.

Our training is conducted at our institute and designated field sites. Locations vary based on course type and availability. Custom sessions can also be arranged on-site for groups or institutions.
